Terms of
service.
These terms explain how the 29in Supply website, bike requests, and local delivery process work. Please read them before sending a request.
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of www.29insupply.com and any bike request or communication you begin through the site. By using the site or sending a request, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit a request.
About 29in Supply
29in Supply is an independent bicycle dealer serving customers through local delivery in the San Francisco Bay Area. We do not operate a public retail storefront, offer storefront pickup, or ship bikes. Delivery eligibility is confirmed using the customer’s exact address before a bike is delivered.
Who may use the site
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into an agreement to complete a sale. A parent or legal guardian must handle a bike request and payment for a minor. You agree to provide accurate contact, request, and delivery information.
Bike requests are not orders
The site lets you browse bikes and send a free request directly to 29in Supply. Sending a request does not create an order, take payment, reserve a bike, guarantee availability, or require either you or 29in Supply to complete a sale. We confirm the bike, color, tax, final total, delivery time, and accepted in-person payment method before delivery. Payment is collected only when the confirmed bike is delivered.
Products, images, and availability
We work to keep model names, colors, specifications, images, and descriptions accurate. Manufacturer specifications, colors, components, and availability can change without notice. Images may look different depending on lighting or screen settings. We confirm the actual model, color, condition, and availability before delivery.
Prices, taxes, and pay on delivery
Website prices are catalog estimates shown in U.S. dollars and may change before delivery is confirmed. Unless clearly stated otherwise, displayed prices do not include applicable sales tax or other legally required charges. We provide the final total and accepted in-person payment method before arranging delivery. No payment is collected through the website or email. Payment is accepted in person when the confirmed bike is delivered.
Request and delivery confirmation
We may decline a request or proposed delivery because of unavailable inventory, an incorrect price or description, suspected fraud, delivery limitations, or another reasonable business concern. A request is not an order and no payment is due until the confirmed bike is delivered.
Local delivery
Delivery is limited to eligible addresses within our stated service area. Confirmed bike totals over 50 dollars qualify for free delivery unless a different arrangement is clearly disclosed and accepted in advance. Delivery windows are estimates and can be affected by inventory timing, traffic, weather, access, or safety conditions. You are responsible for providing an accurate address, a working contact method, and an adult who can receive the bike and make the agreed in-person payment.
Warranty and product support
Manufacturer warranties may apply to eligible products under the manufacturer’s own terms. Keep your receipt and serial number, and contact us if you need help preparing a warranty claim. Coverage decisions belong to the manufacturer. Nothing in these Terms limits a right or remedy that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer law.
Bike safety
Cycling involves risk. Inspect your bike before riding, do not ride a bike that appears damaged or unsafe, wear an appropriate helmet and protective equipment, follow traffic laws, and maintain the bike according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Product information on this site is not a substitute for professional fitting, assembly, maintenance, or safety advice.
Community giving
29in Supply currently sets aside 20 percent of its profits for the San Francisco Bicycle Coalition as explained on our Community Giving page. This commitment is funded by 29in Supply and is not an added customer charge. A bike purchase is a purchase of goods, not a charitable contribution by the customer, and we do not provide a charitable tax receipt. The San Francisco Bicycle Coalition does not operate this site or sponsor or endorse 29in Supply unless expressly stated otherwise.
Website content and trademarks
The 29in Supply name, logo, site design, and original site content may not be copied, republished, or used commercially without permission. Product names, logos, images, and trademarks belonging to SE Bikes or other owners remain the property of their respective owners and are used for product identification.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or fraudulent requests, scrape the catalog at scale, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, or use the site in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.
Forms and personal information
The request and contact forms use FormSubmit to deliver messages to 29in Supply. We use request information to respond, check availability, prepare a final total, arrange delivery, provide support, and maintain necessary business records. Do not send payment card details through the site or email. Our Privacy Policy explains the information we collect, the providers involved, retention, and your choices.
Third party services and links
The site uses or links to services and websites we do not control, including FormSubmit, email providers, analytics when accepted, social platforms, map services, manufacturer resources, and the San Francisco Bicycle Coalition. Their own terms and privacy practices apply. A link does not automatically mean that 29in Supply or the third party sponsors or endorses the other.
Site availability and liability
The site is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 29in Supply is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused solely by use of or inability to use the website. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the date at the top. Changes apply going forward and do not change a sale already completed at delivery. These Terms are governed by California law, without limiting any consumer protection that applies to you. If one part is unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply.
Contact us
Questions about these Terms or a bike request can be sent through our contact form or by email at info@29insupply.com.
