Information you give us

We may collect your name, email address, optional phone number, delivery city or ZIP code, requested bike and color, questions, notes, and any other information you include in a message. If you continue after confirmation, we may request an exact delivery address and information needed for tax, delivery, warranty, or record keeping. Payment happens in person at delivery. Do not send payment card details through the website or email.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting, security, and form providers may receive basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, page requested, referring page, and date and time. This information helps deliver the site, prevent abuse, and diagnose problems.

To let you continue browsing, we save your selected bike, color, quantity, and catalog price on your device for up to seven days. We do not save your contact details in that draft. You can remove the selection from the request page. After a submission is accepted by our form provider, the request reference, selection, and reply email are kept in this browser tab for up to 24 hours or until the tab closes. This local confirmation is not an online order record.

How we use information

We use information to answer questions, check bike availability, recommend a bike, prepare a total, confirm the service area, arrange delivery, provide support, assist with warranties, prevent fraud or spam, keep required business records, and improve the website.

Forms and email

Website forms are processed by FormSubmit so the message can reach info@29insupply.com. FormSubmit may retain submissions for up to 30 days as part of its delivery and archive service. Our email provider also processes the message. Please use the contact form only if you are comfortable with these providers handling the information you submit.

Maps, links, and social sites

The delivery page includes an embedded Google map. Google may receive technical information when the map loads. Links to Instagram, TikTok, the San Francisco Bicycle Coalition, SE Bikes, and other sites take you to services with their own privacy practices.

Analytics choices

The site asks for permission before loading Google Analytics. If you agree, we use a limited configuration to understand page visits and catalog use. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled. If you decline, analytics do not load and the website continues to work. You can reopen the choice at any time using “Analytics choices” in the footer.

When information is shared

We share information only with providers that help operate the site, deliver messages, communicate with customers, arrange delivery, prevent fraud, meet legal duties, or protect people and the business. Payment is handled in person at delivery and payment card details should never be sent through the site or email. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross context behavioral advertising.

How long we keep it

General inquiries are normally kept for up to 24 months so we can follow up and understand prior conversations. Purchase, tax, warranty, fraud prevention, and accounting records may be kept longer when reasonably needed or legally required. We delete or deidentify information when it is no longer needed.

Your choices and requests

You may ask what personal information we have about you, request a copy, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Some information may need to be retained for an active order, warranty, security, accounting, tax, or legal obligation. To make a request, email info@29insupply.com with the subject “Privacy request.” We may need to verify your identity before completing the request.

Children

The website is not intended to collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or legal guardian should contact us and handle any bike request or purchase for a minor. If you believe a child sent personal information without permission, please contact us so we can remove it.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate for a small online business, but no website or email system can promise absolute security. Use the website only for the information requested and contact us promptly if you believe your information has been misused.
